During the information age, the traditional anti-counterfeiting means is facing increasingly severe challenges. The research combined with information technology is more important. The dynamic image encryption in continuous motion design holographic logo by laser representation and machine-readable identification is a powerful means of security. Encrypted hologram identification is small in size, but can accommodate a large number of information. Because of laser reproduce and machine-readable identification, it is very safe and has important research value.The labels are in optical diffraction only under laser irradiation. But the projected image is blurred, accompanied by multiple symmetrical pattern. Therefore, how to obtain the images of a stable pattern, and match the correct identification is very difficult. To solve these problems, select equipment and materials, set laser reproduce machine-readable device, complete image preprocessing?segmentation and matching algorithm and then develop the software system which based on the embedded Android system,realizing the machine-readable device matching recognition of anti-counterfeiting mark. In image processing algorithm, first uses the maximum gray level, then filter out the center point with frame differential method and retain target image; Then using median filter to filter the noise, get the binary image through the global dynamic OTSU binarization; Finally using the template matching method to match images. Chooses standard correlation coefficient method which Is not affected by rotation factors through experiments.In this paper, a lot of experimental comparison of image processing algorithm have been done to verify the reliability of the matching algorithm; Then matching tests of dynamic hologram in the machine-readable device get the good effect, so it has strong security value.
