The Design And Realization Of Digital Rights Management System Based On Verification Of Dynamic Labels

With the rapid development of network technology and the high popularity of the Internet, the latest digital technology and traditional cultural industry are deeply integrated. As the copying, sharing and distributing of digital media files has become very easy, the intellectual property are facing great threats. The demanding on digital copyright protection is increasingly improved. Digital rights management system, based on encryption, digital watermarking and some other digital technology, is designed to avoid improper use of digital media files and protect digital rights while uploading, downloading media files. Main works and contributions are as follows.Firstly the concept of dynamic characteristic labels in media files was introduced to record and update the copyright information in real time. On the basis of the existing DRM theory and related standards, build a module on a DRM system to verify dynamic Labels. By using proper digital watermark strategy, this module is able to embed dynamic characteristic labels in media files. which can verify illegal behavior by checking the data embedded in media files. Secondly, when infringement occurs, DRM sever can take immediate actions to reduce intellectual property rights losses. At the same time, the embedded digital watermarks also have the function of effective traceability forensics technical support. Finally, to simplify the operations of digital rights management systems, and focus on user experience in digital media files while copyright protection, effectively protect the interests of legitimate users.In this thesis, the strategy of verification dynamic labels provides an appropriate solution to digital rights management and realizes related tracking traceability. The system can effectively manage the copyright of digital media files.
