Design And Implementation Of One Number Security Account System

With the rapid development of Internet, the trend of paperless is becoming more and more significant. However, in the securities industry, along with the development of the securities industry, securities account system is getting more and more confusing, due to historical issues. One Number Security Account System, also known as Unified Security Account System, was proposed by China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. It simply means merging the parallel tracks of security accounts into a general account, as One Number Account, and a client corresponds to a One Number Account. For customers, this provides a unified account opening channel. As an important participant in the brokerage account login proxy agency, brokers must better exercise agent service on the basis of this platform, then the brokerage business systems therefore need to cooperate on the implementation of unified account login platform lines, requiring brokerage business system with the implementation of on-line accounts in a unified platform board. The platform was on-line produced in early December of 2014, each broker must complete the upgrading of account system before this date.This paper analyzes the interfaces of Unified Security Account System, uses Visual Studio 2008 development tools and Oracle database, and BEA Tuxedo middleware to link to backend database, C/S three-tier architecture to achieve this system. This paper analysis and designs the database, and divides it into three parts, which is One Number Account information, security account information, customer information, and further subdivided. What is more, performance tuning program is given. Then the system is divided into One Number Account business, sub-account business, account related business, account data change business, account query business, and business logic is designed and implementation is given.The designed One Number Account system, has passed the testing and commissioning, indicating superiority in database performance and functionalities, which means the desired goal of Unified Security Account System.
