The Design And Implementation Of RotoCash Management System

In order to implement the requirements to collect and manage the sequence number on cash from the people's Bank of China, and the purpose to help each bank to track each note's detail status, we need to develop a Roto Cash System. The system records the sequence number on the cash while it flowing out from the clearing center, records each process the note has experienced, including the equipment end acquisition system and the management system. The management system is used to search and analyze the data which collected by the equipment end acquisition.There are three kinds of authorized users in the system, the super administrators, the business operators and the system administrators. The super administrators get the highest privileges, they can operate all functions of the system, business operators can only operate the business part, and the system administrators can only operate the basic information management. There are six function modules in the system, including sequence number search, transaction search, file upload, suspicious notes information management, banknote circulation control and the basic information management. Sequence number search module is used to search each note's information; transaction search module retrieves the transaction, allowed to get all sequence number's information of the transaction; file upload module is to perform the operation of file upload and view upload details; suspicious notes information management module mainly for checking in the suspicious notes information and allowed to manage the information which had been checked in; banknote circulation control module is executed control banknote flow stage manually; basic information management module is mainly to manage the basic information of the system. In the database design, entities like Trans Banknote Seq, Tran Info are designed. And the corresponding data tables like CML_SENT_INFO_HIS, ATM_TRAN_INFO are established. Eclipse and Flash Builder are used for the development platform, and Java is used to be the development language, and Oracle for the database.Functional test is used as the test method to test each module of the management system. The test result shows that the developed Roto Cash management system can achieve the desired functional requirements.
