Since the laser was invented, it has been applied in various fields of human life, and it plays an important role in the fields of industry, medical treatment and military affairs. Especially in the field of scientific research,as the foundation of atomic transition,the performance of laser is very important.Just like the atomic clock and optically pumped magnetometer, the requirements of the laser frequency stability is getting higher and higher.And it is the main work of this paper.The main work in this paper is the research and realization of lock and control system ofVCSEL based on the Spectrum of Rb Atom.Whether the frequency of laser is stable or not determines the performance of the whole system.So the stability of the laser is very important for the system.So it is very valuable in scientific research and practical applicationIn this paper,firstly we introduce the subject source and the purpose of our research.Then we introduce the development history and research status of laser frequency stabilization.Then we combine it with the CPT Rb atomic clock and decide thefunction that our system should have.Analysising and designing the laser path system include the laser source?laser route and photoelectric detection.Then we finish the design of the laser frequency stabilization circuit by using the saturated absorption of the spectrum of Rb atomic.We can use the saturated absorption to demodulate the error signal.At the same time,temperature would also influence the laser frequency stabilization,so we design the temperature control circuit by using the TEC and PID circuit.After we finsh designing,we test it and the result shows that the system complete the laser frequency locking function very well.At last,we summarize the research work of this paper and the experience during our research.Then we prospectthe follow-up work and the direction of optimization of our research.The laser frequency stabilization circuit we are focused on in this paper is a important part of the CPT Rb atomic clock and Rb optically pumped magnetometer.It is the guarantee of the high stability of the them.It provides a good foundation to make the whole CPT Rb atomic clock and Rb optically pumped magnetometer.
