Angle sensors are currently widely used, its structure can be divided into contact and non-contact angle sensor angle sensor, compared to the contact angle of touch, a non-contact angle sensor has inherent advantages, its prospects and the market is very broad, Therefore, this paper designed a sensor based on electromagnetic induction principle of non-contact angle sensor.This paper is the development of a non-contact angle sensor sensing element, its function is that rotor position signal is converted into an electrical signal, and ultimately non-contact sensing the rotor angle. For the development of such a sensitive element, the main work and research results are as follows:1) The study of the implementation mechanism of the non-contact angle sensor. The rotor in a high-frequency alternating magnetic field will Produce eddy current, which weakened former alternating magnetic field, forming the magnetic amplitude of the ladder, so that the receiving portion induced electromotive force, to achieve the rotor position sensor. The sensor sensitive components required by the incentive, three parts receiving and rotor.2) The electromagnetic simulation of sensitive element on the non contact angle of sensor. In this paper, The excitation coil and the receiving coil are simulated, the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. Then this paper do the electromagnetic coupling simulation of the excitation coil, receiving coil and rotor, the coupled field in the portion of the rotor cover has been weakened, the amplitude of the magnetic field appears ladder, fully consistent with the implementation mechanism of the sensor.3) This paper do a series of electromagnetic coupling experiments to obtain correspondence between the input and output of the sensor, and excellent performance sensitive element. This paper do the comparative experiments which have different structure of receiver coil, and in order to get a good reception coil structure. Through a series of experiments, this paper obtain a good the sensitive element of the sensor.
