Design And Implementation Of Mobile Business System For Pharmaceutical Companies

Ineffective information sharing and lack of efficient information feedback mechanisms between contributors in the multiple stages of the pharmaceutical delivery system-from research and development, marketing, production, delivery and administration to receiving patients-are obstacles to progress. The consequence is that work and implementation results of grass-roots business staff are not well understood by management for provision of effective support and resources to front-line staff for accomplishment of work. Strengthening connections of contributors in pharmaceutical medicine delivery, including hospital and pharmacies, with the main body of medical practice and collecting and analyzing demand data in the multiple delivery stages is critically needed for guiding pharmaceutical companies'production and marketing personnel marketing direction, is the important problem which urgently need to be solved in the pharmaceutical company. The whole pharmaceutical delivery system requires implementation of an effective tracking feedback mechanism.Internet technology advances continue to improve information collection, dissemination and interchange. This is especially so with the rapid development of mobile communication technology and it is now possible to collect key, actionable information from front-line sales staff management and sales in real time. In this paper, we design and implement a pharmaceutical company's mobile commerce application system. The system's design requirements are based on demand and process analyses of actions of contributors in all steps of pharmaceutical delivery. Formulation of management logic and methods for implementation are based on the sales funnel technique.The system addresses the need for more effective information feedback in all steps of pharmaceutical delivery with construction efficient and convenient mobile commerce application system for pharmaceutical companies. The system supports distributing and selling pharmaceutical products with a mobile platform. At the same time, higher levels of leadership in the company are afforded visibility to the daily work in the business for improving regulatory responsiveness and adjusting production and sales efforts as required for effective business performance. With Internet connectivity of servers and mobile terminals, all data are stored in a database which can be shared in real time to provide a timely and complete information processing platform for the company's customers and business alliances.The system applies open source framework technology. Through the Integrated application of struts, spring, hibernate and so on, in the framework of the open source, the quality of the system is improved. To assure practical application, the system has been implemented on a trial test basis with a pharmaceutical company business system in the practical application Test results show that the system has achieved the design requirements.. The application of the system has effectively improved overall management and service levels of the pharmaceutical enterprise.
