Underbalanced Drilling(UBD)is the key technology on the field of oil drilling and it s the direction of development in the future,It can solve the exploration and development of oil and gas field's formation damage,differential pressure stuck drill etc,and can alse improve the oil production and mechanical penetration rate.With the unceasing development and perfec technology of UBD · The UBD software application range expanded rapidly,software scale and the growth of the complexity of the software gradually improve reliability,expansibility and later period maintenance put forward higher request.Therefore,this paper discusses the components of the field theory model and description formal way,then applied the software reuse technology based on component to UBD field software,which cantain the process analysis and design,and this will changed the UBD software mode of production and improve software production efficiency,meets the requirements of practical application of software quality.The theory of UBD are discussed in detail,and combining with the development of engineering model and field engineering and application engineering ideas,methods,UBD business processes and analysis of data involved field software range are definituded,the external things and It's field,relations,interactive are to be determined,and classified common needs and individual character requirement based on function,processes and resources from,then gives the common and individuation class model,this results To demand model ion on the field.This component model as the foundation,the software components development technology and field engineering method customized development the field ?of UBD component based,detailed introduces the analysis process,ring empty pressure,graphics display accurate descriptions of the component interfaceThe analysis the problem of the current component assembly method used in UBD field assembly components,combined with the composition characteristics of UBD field component to established assembly model with Knowledge Reasoning Connector(KRC),and puts forward some positive Reasoning based on Knowledge Reasoning algorithm.The model describes the tree structure of the components layer relationship,composite component connection will be decomposed into atoms simple connection step by step,and the atoms mapped the components interface to the connector body,this makes the connector can effectively describe component behavior,which can effectively control,coordination between component interaction.the atomic component which has the description of the component interface encapsulates the component implementation details,can effectively support in the assembly at component's interface,this reduced the component developing difficulty,enhance the reusable component of the opportunities for development and system components division to provide effective assembly technology support.From UBD description of problem domain,regulate the standards of UBD field data,establish the UBD field data format and the model database storage.The standers of UBD field data make accurate description on component interface more succinct,component development more standard,also for the standardization of the component composition connector development provides data basis.Combined with the development of UBD field component and its assembly for the connector model to build with incremental,structure of software application system,and all of them get the better application results.
