Compared with Normal-LED, Micro-LED has the characteristics of high photoelectric conversion rate, light intensity, wide modulation bandwidth. Therefore, Micro-LED array is applied to visible light communication by the international community instead of Normal-LED array. Currently, the visible light communication system which using the Micro-LED array communication rate has reached a few to dozen Gbit/s. However, since the small size of the Micro-LED, the number of LED light source per unit area is hundreds of thousands of times more than the Normal-LED array, that resulting in the chain look multipath effect obviously. To solve this problem, a location-based feedback on the direct link of multipath effects suppression method is proposed in this thesis, and a model of the Micro-LED array communication.system is built. The efficiency of the improved method is illustrated based on the simulation validation of the proposed system model.This thesis analyses a single Normal-LED light source model, and then a Normal-LED array light source model is built. According to the characteristics of Micro-LED light source, model parameters such as half power angle have been changed based on the Normal-LED array model, and then the Micro-LED light source model is built.After the simulation based on the visible light source model and the existing direct and diffuse link channel model is conducted, we get the frequency response, time domain response and signal-to-noise ratio of the Micro-LED array communication system. By analyzing the simulation results, in view of the multipath effect leads to the phenomenon of high ber., the theory which based on position and attitude feedback method to suppress multipath effect is proposed. Finally compared with the existing method of OFDM modulation suppress multipath effect, multipath effect caused by reduced the error rate from 2×10-4 to 10-9,which proved that the proposed suppression the multipath method is effective.Micro-LED array communication system model is built in this thesis,which provides a platform on the theoretical simulation for the studies of Micro-LED array communication. The method based on position feedback inhibition multipath effect of the direct link is examined on this platform. The results show that the method can effectively suppress multipath effect, reduce the intersymbol interference and the bit error rate, and then provide an effective solution to the problem of direct link of multipath effect interference suppression.
