Design And Implementation Of School-enterprise Cooperation Resource Platform Based On B/S Structure

Nowadays, the country pays more and more attention to vocational education.The school-running pattern of “School-enterprise Cooperation, Working-learning Combination” is included in National Education Development Planning Outline.“Working-learning Combination, School-enterprise Cooperation” is the only way leading to construct a distinctive vocational school. At present, some strong vocational schools have done well in school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education combination. There is an urgent need to develop a schoolenterprise cooperation resource management platform supported by information technology. The resource management platform integrates tutors, students and employers into an organic unity. School-enterprise cooperation information platform is also integrated into the resource management platform. The platform is convenient for teaching administration, teacher-student communication and school-enterprise coordination and communication. It also solves problems during internship and improves efficiency of school-enterprise cooperation.According to current situation of school-enterprise cooperation management and the requirement of digital campus construction, taking the school-enterprise cooperation management and information platform of a vocational school in Zhongshan for research and development object, this paper focus on disadvantages(like low normativity, low adaptability, function insufficiency, etc) of previous school-enterprise cooperation management system. Based on full investigation and survey, the paper systematically analyzes the management platform and determines structure of functional modules of the system. It emphatically elaborates how to use relevant technology to design and implement functional modules meeting the process of school-enterprise cooperation management in vocational school. The school-enterprise cooperation resource platform can implement module function including curriculum vitae online submitting for students, internship process management, enterprise recruitment information release, online evaluation for tutors from school and enterprise, careers guidance, etc.This platform is based on B/S structure. It uses C# as development language,SQL SERVER 2008 version for database and ADO.NET database for connecting technology. It completes system architecture design, database design and design andimplementation of major functional modules. The school-enterprise cooperation resource management platform will become an important part of digital campus.This platform has obvious effect in the practical application process of the vocational school in Zhongshan. It changes the inefficient work mode of collecting paper material and disk files for the great convenience of teaching management,communication between teachers and students, and coordination and communication between the school and enterprises. It improves work efficiency and receives positive comment from the school, enterprises and student interns. It promotes school-enterprise in-depth cooperation and industry-education integration. At the same time, through data analysis of the platform, it provides help for the school,enterprises and students. Above all, it provides a basis for education and teaching reform of the school, and it improves education and teaching reform of vocational schools and school quality. Development and application of this platform have promoting and reference value for similar school-enterprise cooperation of domestic secondary vocational schools.
