With the rapid development of communication, the scale of the wireless communication network is increasing, and the number of base station types and the number of the communication station is increased.. Therefore, the rapid development of the cause of communication is not the normal operation of the base station. In order to guarantee the stability and reliability of communication base station, the base station should be regularly conducted to patrol and do regular base station fault and to work out the base station.. In the base station inspection and troubleshooting process, the massive amounts of data are recorded,and the data are dispersed in the paper record tables or in some data repositories.. In the promotion of office automation and data processing of today, apparently traditional base station operation and maintenance method is inefficient, backward, and the rapid development of the computer technology and data mining technology is increasingly mature is bound to promote the base station operation and maintenance work to automation and intelligent development.This paper assumes anm research laboratory in comprehensive monitoring operation and maintenance support intelligent management system platform based on, comprehensive and in-depth research base background of the inspection, data mining technology and key system realization technology, presents the polling station analysis decision system, the detailed design of the program, and the use of SSH framework, the Android platform and the data mining technology to realize the system. SSH realizes the low coupling and high scalability of the system, Android client provides a good user experience for data acquisition.. Data mining technology to achieve the function of system analysis and decision, system using clustering algorithm to analyze base station security inspection data, the statistics of jurisdiction within the scope of the base frequency of the security risks, and use classification algorithm to divide the base station fault troubleshooting data level, the statistics of high fault rate of the base station. Statistical results as the next base station security inspection of the focus of the inspection object, the base station security inspection work is no longer a mechanical duplication of work, but more is designed to detect and purpose, the base station inspection work more scientific and more intelligent.After half a year of demand analysis, design and implementation, the base station inspection and analysis decision-making system has entered the application stage. In the test and application of the base station inspection and analysis decision-making system has metthe needs of the base station inspection at this stage.
