Although the E-magazine has a strong advantage and sound development prospects, its layout design still requires multifaceted, cross-regional study and complement for further development.The paper further elaborated multimedia feature of electronic magazine formats, as well as a variety of research methods for theoretical analysis and practices. From the concept of E-magazine, the paper compares the electronic magazine layout design with traditional print magazine and web design, focusing on the analysis of the electronic magazine layout features, exploring the application of pictures, colors, text, video, animation and other elements, and summarizes the characteristics and advantages of the electronic journal format design and case analysis.Firstly, it analyze the layout design features of the first domestic original interactive fashion magazine ‘PC Lady'.Secondly, from the external form and internal functions of the layout design, the paper begin to analyze and study the difference as well as connection between electronic magazine layout design and traditional print magazine layout design and web design.Third, based on the case analysis to the electronic magazine ‘PC LADY' format design features.
