As one of the most important vital signs in modern disease diagnosis and disease observation,body temperature must be measured quickly and accurately.In recent years,with the increasing demand for environmental governance and patient ratio,electronic clinical thermometer is more and more urgent in hospital's clinical applications based on IOT(Internet of things)technology for reducing mercury pollution and the labor intensity of medical staff.This paper designed a system plan of measuring and monitoring clinical body temperature based on measurement module,communication module and PC monitoring client according to the needs of practical application.Firstly,the article introduces the concept of IOT technology,the present situation of measuring and monitoring equipments of clinical body temperature is analyzed.Secondly,the sensor is chosen from different types of temperature sensitive components according to their characteristics,and the appropriate fitting algorithm is selected based on several linear-fitting correction methods.Thirdly,the hardware system is designed according to system plan,which uses PIC16LF876 as CPU.After building a system platform,the software design of micro-controller is completed under the compilation environment of MPLAB v8.66,and the human-machine interactive interface application software for monitoring client is designed with Visual C++.Finally,the system is debugged to verify the circuits and the algorithms.The system of measuring and monitoring clinical body temperature is completed by using PIC16LF876 as the Central Processing Unit(CPU).This system has functions of low-voltage detection,record,display,over-limit alarm,automatic shutdown,communication and data storage.In addition,the measured data can be transferred to monitoring client at nurses' work station by using infrared ray and RS485-bus.The system performance is evaluated by comparing measured data with GB.It is showed from the experimental results that the designed system has a practical application prospects.
