The 19 th National Congress of CPC pointed out that we must speed up the construction of a learning society,run good education,carry forward the concept of lifelong education,establish a lifelong learning concept for the entire nation,thereby enhancing the quality of the people,and realize a harmonious society in which everybody yearns for learning and everyone shares learning resources.With the concept of lifelong learning,lifelong learning thought constantly popular,the overall trend of the development of community education is more optimistic.More and more attention and attention have been paid by the state,and more and more community residents are actively involved in community activities.Community education is to use all available educational resources to develop a curriculum that can meet the learning needs of all members of the community,and further promote the overall development of residents.It aims to improve the quality of community residents and improve their quality of life.Community education as a lifelong learning platform is an effective carrier to realize the modernization of national governance and the innovation of social management system.It is of both theoretical and practical significance to study how to promote the development of community education.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature reading,questionnaire and individual interview.To obtain the first hand information,understand the real idea of the residents,there was a questionnaire survey which was conducted among community residents from Nangang District,Daoli District and Xiangfang District of Harbin,and structured interviews were conducted on Community College,community residents' committee and other related community educators.At the same time,with the help of SPSS22.0 statistical software to classify,collate and analyze the collected data.Through the above research,it summarizes the problems in the process of community education in Harbin,and analyzes the causes from the aspects of educational appropriations,resource development,teacher training and civic awareness,and puts forward specific measures and suggestions.Emphasizing the combination of social needs and individual needs,we must persist in starting from reality and explore the community education mode that is consistent with the development level of economy,culture and technology in the region.Finally,this paper hopes to conclude some specific ideas and strategies that should be further improved and innovated in the development process of community education through the actual research results of community education in Harbin,so as to provide some reference suggestions for the long-term development of community education.
