Research On Personalized Learning Practice Based On ITtools3.0 Platform

At the same time,in the development of education information,the classroom teaching is undergoing great changes,changing the way of teaching and learning,and advocating personalized learning.Students are allowed to pace themselves,choose corresponding courses,and control their progress and process in real time.Teachers should actively pave the way and act as guides,designers,pave the way for students' learning,protect their learning and life,and promote their further knowledge construction.Based on literature research,questionnaire survey on the discussion of the research background,purpose and significance of personalized learning and research situation at home and abroad,find out some common problems in the classroom,analyzes the current study situation generally appeared in the process of individual students,provide personalized learning practice to realize the transformation of students' learning style and enhance students' confidence and belief,strengthen students' ability of communication and coordination,student evaluation idea change.Through the analysis of three personalized learning platforms,this paper points out the advantages of the students' individualized learning under the ITtools platform,takes care of the needs of each student in real time,and the mode of classroom teaching,teachers design curriculum,reasonable arrangements for learning resources,learning support design,the design of the learning process,and the results show the evaluation process,based on the practical research of changshu city middle school where 2 classes on initial diagnostic results and final results of data analysis,personalized learning results.After the objective analysis of the results and shortcomings,the future research goals and directions are given,and some ideas for the students' individualized learning are put forward.This study attempts to use ITtools teaching platform to promote students' individual learning,and to construct personal knowledge system,so as to improve the students' learning,autonomous learning ability,deep learning,and strive to make the students change students' individual needs are met,the confidence of the students has been strengthened,the all-round development of the students.
