Research On The Construction Of Primary School Teachers' Learning Community In The 'Internet+' Background

Currently,the growing popularity of Internet technology to strengthen,‘Internet +'thinking application field is very wide,‘Internet +'has become the key of this era.In order to promote primary school teachers' autonomous learning and improve their professional development level,it is an effective way to promote primary school teachers' professional development combined with their unique advantages in the new era.Primary school teachers because of its own shortcomings and limitations of the knowledge structure of the background of ‘Internet +'era of their own existence,the primary school teachers' learning community appeared some different problems with the ideal state in practice,failed to give full play to the Internet and the primary school teachers' learning community role.This study summarizes the theory based on the analysis of the ‘Internet +' under the background of primary school teachers' learning value and the characteristics of community construction,and then to Zhenjiang Z primary school as the case study object,mainly collecting data by questionnaire,supplemented by information related to insufficient data exists by structure interviews,and using the method of content analysis and interview data for each card,showing the status of the primary school teachers' learning community ‘Internet +' background,further research and analysis of the reason‘Internet +' under the background of primary school teachers' learning community construction problems and.On the basis of the above analysis,according to the "community of the problems existing in the construction of primary school teachers' learning Internet plus" background,from the level of teachers,school level and Internet level,put forward the corresponding optimization strategy of primary school teachers' learning community construction,in order to improve the ‘Internet +s' under the background of the construction of the primary school teachers' learning community the ideal state of primary school teachers to help more effective use of the Internet and promote the professional development of teacher learning community.
