Research On The Knowledge Flow Level Of Social Knowledge Network

The social knowledge network is a universal existence in the present virtual world,and is the basic unit for building a learning society.The effective transfer and continuous flow of knowledge is the symbol of the successful operation of social knowledge network,and the development of social knowledge network influences the exchange and dissemination of knowledge.First of all,from the development of social learning,knowledge sharing and creation,and the generation of group wisdom,this paper points out the necessity of the research.Through the analysis of the current situation of research on the social knowledge network,knowledge flow,knowledge flow level,it analyzes the significance and value of the knowledge flow of social knowledge network,and puts forward the research ideas and method of this research.Secondly,based on the analysis of the process of knowledge flow and various factors,a structural system of knowledge flow is built up.The analysis framework of knowledge flow level has been put forward on the basis of those elements.The analysis framework of knowledge flow level contains two aspects,the speed of knowledge flow and the breadth of knowledge flow.According to the process elements of knowledge flow,this paper constructs the analysis framework of the speed of knowledge flow.The speed of knowledge flow contains four aspects,knowledge transmitter speed(KTS),knowledge absorption speed(KAS),knowledge dissemination speed(KDS),and transmit damping coefficient(C).According to the characteristics of social knowledge network,this paper constructs the analysis framework of the breath of knowledge flow.The breadth of knowledge flow contains two aspects,the breadth of knowledge bodies and the breadth of knowledge topics.According to the size of the network,two formulas for calculating the speed of knowledge flow are put forward: when the network size is less than 150,the transmit damping coefficient will accelerate the knowledge flow,and the speed of knowledge flow is defined as: [()]()+++=CKDSKASKTSKFS 13 ?;when the network size is greater than 150,the transmit damping coefficient will hinder the knowledge flow,and the speed of knowledge flow is defined as: [()]()-++=CKDSKASKTSKFS 13.Thirdly,according to the analysis framework of knowledge flow level,this paper makes a detailed and scientific analysis on the speed and breadth of knowledge flow of "formal learning" and "informal learning" social knowledge network by using social network analysis and content analysis method,and get some inspiration: the participation of the knowledge body is beneficial to the improvement of the knowledge flow level,and there is a great difference in the speed of knowledge flow between different themes.The knowledge flow level is closely related to time,and the scale of the network has a great influence on the knowledge flow.Finally,according to the inspiration,this paper formulates measures to promote the knowledge flow of social knowledge network,and implements these measures in "Taizhou Shi Shuo" full network training program.This paper analyzes the effectiveness of application based on the knowledge flow level,and come to some conclusions: the enthusiasm to participate in the knowledge flow is high;there are significant differences in the speed of knowledge flow between different themes;the speed of knowledge flow of the same theme is different at different times;there are significant differences in the breadth of the knowledge body,and the knowledge topic is hierarchical.
