The Study On Influence Factors Of Fertility Desire Of Women Working In Cities Of Chengdu

Under the weight of aging,China has adopted a policy of gradual release of the full-fledged two-childbirth policy since 2011.The effect of the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy from January 1,2016 onwards is related to the rationality and stability of our demographic structure in the coming decades.The "post-80s" generation is one of the only people who are only children.It is the main force that responds to the birth of the second child from an age point of view.Under the high pressure brought about by the fast-developing society,whether the "80s" urban working women face the influence of the external environment,will they make choices for the birth of the second child.This will help the smooth implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy.The proper regulation of the population structure has a major impact.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate and investigate the factors affecting the second child's fertility of the "80s" urban working women.This article mainly uses the human needs hierarchy and rational choice theory to explain the problems in the research.A sampling method was adopted.A total of 360 questionnaires were distributed to the research subjects to collect sample information.SPSS software was used to analyze the data recovery,and the required quantitative relationships and information were compared.A binary logistic regression model was used to explain the influence of different factors on fertility intention and the magnitude of the effect.According to the study,we found that professional women's academic qualifications,income,number of ideal children,second child's gender preference,policy influence,and unit support are important influencing factors for the second child's desire to have children.In conclusion,the higher the academic qualification,the lower the income is.The lower the desire for birth is,the lower the desire for a child is.The ideal quantity and gender of most women are matched.The higher the degree of recognition of the policy influence,the better the unit welfare system is.The more family will have desire to think about having second child.In order to promote the second child's fertility desire more effectively,we need to do a series of supporting measures from all aspects.First,we must pay attention to concept factors,encourage fertility and two children,and advocate and emphasize the beneficial effects of accompanied by multiple children on the growth of children;Second,we must reduce the risk of childbirth,and the medical and health care system should be prepared for the rainy day;Third,we must improve the economic compensation and adopt dual national and corporate policies.The compensation policy will work together to protect the rights of the second-born families.Fourth,the top-level design will be optimized,and public services and educational resources will be better matched to provide the necessary environment for the child's healthy growth.
