Owing to the reformation of teacher's education systems and the demand for teachers,an increasing number of non-normal stall are engaged in teaching.Time demands the specialization of teachers.Due to the lack of professional education,they encountered many difficulties in the process of employment.Therefore,schools should pay more attention to the cultivation of teachers who are not normal teachers.The cultivation of teacher's role consciousness is an indispensable part.For some county in the north part of Jiangsu,non-normal professional teachers' role consciousness research,from various angles to analyze the various factors affecting the teacher's role consciousness,awareness of the role of teachers in theoretical research,schools and the teachers' professional high school teachers are of great significance.From different theoretical perspectives,the formation of teachers' role consciousness is reviewed,which is beneficial to the study of teachers' role in the past.In the local teachers' mobility,the non-normal staff occupies a certain proportion,and the city needs teachers in the background,which is conducive to the stability of the local education environment.It is better for the school administrators to make rules and regulations to utilize these human resources.It is conducive to the smooth integration of teachers into the teachers' team and the rapid growth of qualified teachers.In the career of education,the teachers have actively developed themselves to form a professional character.Based on teachers' role theory,the author in the related literature at home and abroad to consult and comb,based on the questionnaire and interview method,understand the non-normal professional XX school teacher's role consciousness of the status quo,analysis of non-normal teacher professional role consciousness formation and development of the factors.The general role consciousness of non-normal teachers is in general level,and there are differences in the role consciousness within the group.The difference is due to differences in gender,age,college degree,length of teaching,marital status,and family income per month.At the same time,the formation of their role consciousness is influenced by three aspects of themselves,teaching school and social environment.The teachers themselves: their own learning,hardwork,forward motivation,personality and the teachers' career,their own psychological quality and vocational skills,and professional values;Teaching schools: pre-job,on-the-job training and learning,the teaching level of existing teachers,teaching and leadership of old teachers;Social environment: society has low teachers' recognition in non-normal middle schools.Therefore,the author discusses the strategies of strengthening the role consciousness of non-normal teachers from the three levels of non-normal teachers themselves,teaching school management and social environment.: first,the teachers themselves: cultivate character,which is beneficial to the education work,try to widen the channel of the learning and cognition,and constantly enrich and improve themselves,set up the correct occupational values as well as keep learning,lifelong learning.Second,teaching school in teachers' pay,pay attention to the effectiveness of teacher training,focus on the teachers' professional characteristics of teachers,optimizing teaching system and teaching facilities,scientific and reasonable arrange time,improve the teachers' work environment,shaping personality,cultivate professional quality,improve the teachers' development mechanism,and establish a scientific evaluation system;Third,social aspects: extensive publicity and recognition.
