The integration of information technology and classroom teaching has become the inevitable choice to change modern classroom teaching and improve the core competitiveness.Technology entering the classroom has made profound changes in many elements such as classroom resources,classroom environment,classroom management and so on.Nowadays,the teaching environment tends to be blended,the presentation of resources tends to be multimedia,and learning management tends to be automated.Under this situation,new requirements for the professional development of university teachers are also put forward.The original teacher evaluation scheme has been difficult to adapt to the existing classroom teaching practice.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a scientific and complete teacher evaluation system of college classroom supported by information technology.The study mainly adopts the literature research method,the expert consultation method and the questionnaire survey method to construct the teacher evaluation system.First,through literature review,we understand the current research status of teacher evaluation at home and abroad,and define and analyze three core concepts involved in the study.That is,“teacher evaluation”,“classroom instruction supported by information technology” and “teacher evaluation of college classroom supported by information technology”.Secondly,we investigate the current situation of teacher evaluation in universities,and analyze the problems existing in the teacher evaluation system through the questionnaire,and put forward the necessity proposition of constructing the teacher evaluation system of college classroom supported by information technology.Thirdly,combining with the existing teacher evaluation standard at home and abroad,college teachers' essential and basic ability and the new requirements on teachers' professional development of Internet plus education,we have constructed the overall framework of the teacher evaluation indicator system on college classroom supported by information technology.Then,through two rounds of expert survey on indicator fitness,the survey of indicator importance on students and indicator weight survey,we finally confirm the teacher evaluation system of college classroom supported by information technology.And we hope to provide a reference for the teachers evaluation practice of classroom in universities.The teacher evaluation system constructed in this study consists of 4 first-level indicator,10 second-level indicator and 23 third-level indicators.The four first-level indicators are basic skills,teaching content,teacher-student interaction and teaching effect.Finally,the research content is summarized,and the further research of the subject is put forward.
