A Study On The Exchange And Communion Of Ethnic Exchanges In Huazangsi Township

This study believes that the connotation of the exchange of ethnic exchanges reveals the psychological basis of ethnic relations and is the topic of ethnic psychology.The gradual progress of ethnic relations from exchanges and exchanges to blending reflects the different levels of ethnic psychology and the different dimensions of the development of ethnic communication psychology from shallow to deep.Psychological factors are the core and soul of the exchange and exchange of ethnic exchanges.The blending of psychological aspects is the fundamental symbol of ethnic blend.Therefore,this study takes the situation of multi-ethnic and harmonious relations in Huazangsi Township,Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County as an example,and focuses on the analysis of the current situation and development trend of ethnic exchanges and exchanges in the region from the perspective of ethnic psychology,and summarizes the perspective of ethnic psychology.The local practical experience of the exchange of ethnic exchanges.Based on the results of the field survey and the analysis of the psychological theory of ethnic communication,the paper further explored the hierarchy and path of constructing the psychological mechanism for the exchange of ethnic exchanges and promote the implementation.The paper includes five parts:The first chapter is the introduction part.It mainly explains the research content,research significance,field overview and research methods of this thesis.It also studies the research on the exchange of ethnic exchanges in recent years,the research on the ethnic relations in Tibetan areas and the research on the psychology of ethnic associations in recent years.Commentary.The second chapter explores the basis for the integration of ethnic exchanges,reveals regional economic development and provides guarantees for ethnic exchanges,and combines measures and qualitative interviews to clarify the pattern of ethnic intercommunion and language patterns in Huazangsi Township.The third chapter presents the blending of religious beliefs under the belief of Tibetan Buddhism and the blending of Tibetan and Han ethnic cultures,and analyzes the deepening development of the exchange of ethnic exchanges.The fourth chapter examines the common cross-ethnic marriage as the main way of blood,from the perspective of the ethnic psychology the Huazangsi Township,the strong close emotional between people of all ethnic,the height of the national identity and constantly closer to psychological distance,interpret the realization form of blending the ethnic communication exchange.The fourth chapter examines the integration of blood as the main method of inter-ethnic intermarriage,and illustrates the strong closeness,high ethnic identity,and inter-ethnic psychological boundaries between residents of ethnic groups in Huazangsi Township from the perspective of ethnic psychology.Elimination and interpretation of the realization of the integration and exchange of ethnic exchanges.The last part of the content is an epilogue that explores the construction of a psychological mechanism for the exchange of ethnic exchanges.
