No matter from the concept of teaching that teaching is all the behaviors, which includes teachers cause, maintain and promote students' learning,or the classical teaching process is summed up by educational experts, which is "causing the intention, clarifying the content, adapting the form, paying attention to the result" and students' learning enthusiasm is not high in reality, the learning effect is not ideal and so on.It shows the importance of learning motivation to students' learning and teachers' teaching.Learning motivation is an internal psychological state, can not only satisfies the needs of students' learning at the initial stage of teaching, but also an intrinsic factor that directly promotes students' learning.so learning motivation plays an important role in effective learning and teaching.taking the context of the new curriculum reform and the actual situation of students, this study can improve chemistry learning for freshmen, and makes an empirical study on the motivation of students' chemistry learning and evaluates its effect. This study is divided into five parts: Introduction, mainly on the background, status, significance, content and method of the research. The first chapter is the theoretical basis of the study, including related concepts and theoretical introduction of learning motivation and teaching strategies. The second chapter is empirical and data analysis,a survey of senior high school students in an ordinary township in Jilin Province. The third chapter is the teaching countermeasure and effectiveness evaluation.According to the second chapter of the questionnaire analysis,it puts forward a reasonable and pertinent countermeasure with strong pertinence and operability. The fourth chapter is the conclusion and the prospect. This part summarizes the contents of the previous chapters and points out the shortcomings in the dissertation and the direction of continuing efforts. One class of grade one was selected as a case study object, using questionnaire method and experiment method, through the data processing and analysis,to arousethe students' chemistry learning motivation, improve the student's chemistry learning method, enhance the student's effective mastery of chemistry knowledge and enhance the effective teaching method and means of the teachers'.it is found that high school students have low interest in learning, lack of understanding of chemistry, lack of correct learning methods, and lack of confidence in learning chemistry in learning motivation. At the same time,it has a greater impact on the motivation of students' chemistry learning in the teacher's personal charisma, teaching methods,teacher-student relationship. And then, according to students 'actual problems I put forward some corresponding teaching strategies to motivate learning motivation, this can stimulate students' interest in learning chemistry, improve teachers 'personal abilities and students' Learning self-efficacy,this also can establish a good relationship between teachers and students, and then train students form some good learning methods and develop study habits. In other words, the author's research on the motivation of chemistry learning can not only mobilize the enthusiasm of students' learning and improve students' academic achievement in chemistry, but also help students change their chemistry learning styles more deeply and realize self-directed development. The results show that the application of teaching strategies of chemistry learning motivation in high school students can stimulate students' interest in chemistry learning, improve students' chemistry learning performance in practice and self-efficacy in learning, and cultivate students' correct learning methods in application.
