Basic Research On The Current Station And The Construction Of Supervision System Of Campus Football In Taiyuan City

In order to promote the development of football in China,cultivate football reserve talents,and improve the health of students,campus football activities have been launched throughout the country since 2009.As the first batch of pilot soccer schools in the country,the campus football facilities in Taiyuan have been continuously improved,the strength of the campus football faculty has continued to increase,and large and medium-sized student football leagues have taken off.The atmosphere of campus football has continued to form.However,the problems behind these achievements cannot be ignored.If these problems cannot be solved effectively,they will continue to erode the good prospects for the development of campus football,affect the embodiment of the value of campus football and the realization of development goals.In the development of campus football,it is very important to solve existing problems early,but avoiding problems is even more important.In order to enable the regular and orderly implementation of this activity,it is bound to require a supervision system to effectively and closely supervise and administer it.Therefore,this paper studies the current status and running status of campus soccer in Taiyuan,investigates the characteristics of campus football in Taiyuan,analyzes the current problems in the operation and supervision of football in Taiyuan,and builds Taiyuan based on relevant campus football theory.City campus football supervision system.The study found that(1)Taiyuan campus soccer special schools have begun to take shape.All schools have football venues and football teachers,and football courses have been established.Most schools have carried out football extracurricular activities.Most school leaders pay more attention to campus soccer activities..However,there are also problems such as the lack of 11-academic venues,the shortage of football teachers in some schools,the relatively young age of coaching,the low investment,the shortage of football classes and extracurricular activities by cultural subjects,etc.;(2)The supervision system for campus football in Taiyuan still needs to be improved.This is mainly reflected in issues such as unclear supervision bodies,imperfect rules and regulations,lack of media supervision,and poor self-regulatory supervision.(3)In the construction of the campus football supervision system,the supervision bodies of the campus football supervision system mainly include the government,the judiciary,the school,and the media.The corresponding supervision methods also include administrative supervision,judicial supervision,self-regulation and media supervision.In the regulatory approach,responsibilities should be clearly defined and coordinated.In view of the current problems in the operation and supervision of campus football in Taiyuan City,the author analyzed the relationship and structure of the four supervision methods of administrative supervision,judicial supervision,self-regulation and media supervision by consulting the literature and combining expert interviews.,an orderly,four-in-one campus football supervision system,and put forward specific construction paths:(1)Define their respective responsibilities and establish a mutual supervision system.In the supervision,various subjects and various supervision methods have their limitations.They need to clarify their respective responsibilities and establish a joint supervision system of the government,media,judicial authorities,and schools.(2)Strengthen the supervision of the whole process of campus football activities,supervise the entire process of campus football such as policy formulation,implementation and results,timely discover problems existing in campus football activities,and promptly correct them to develop campus football activities.Always constrained on the benign development track.(3)Further improve the supervision content and evaluation mechanism,and supervise and evaluate the development of campus football activities from the aspects of regular football courses,construction of venue facilities,development of leagues and events,construction of teachers,implementation of policies,and use of funds.As a basis for rewards and punishments,it plays a role in motivating and leading.(4)Relying on the internet and big data and other technical means,implement dynamic and timely supervision of campus football and realize intelligent and automated management.
