The teaching mode of "theory and practice integration" is a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical operation,and the cultivated talents are more in line with the development of society.In recent years,with the superiority of the teaching mode of "theory and practice integration",some secondary vocational schools have adopted this teaching model in information technology courses.This paper uses the theory of constructivism,Dewey's teaching theory,Tao Xingzhi's teaching and learning,Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought,and humanistic learning theory as the theoretical foundation of the thesis research,through the survey method,literature method,observation method and other research methods,found that there is no real integration between theoretical teaching and practical teaching in the implementation of the current teaching model of "theory and practice integration" in the information technology courses of secondary vocational schools.The author analyzes the problem causes,and puts forward the people-oriented "theory and practice integration" teaching mode,including the construction of "theory and practice integration" classrooms,the compilation of teaching materials,the cultivation of "dual-qualified" teachers,and how to prepare,implement,and evaluate teaching in the teaching process,etc.Finally,the teaching practice is carried out,and the results of the students and the questionnaires are analyzed by SPSS software,verify the validity of the teaching mode,it is proved that the people-oriented "theory and practice integration" teaching mode plays an active role in promoting students' theoretical knowledge and improving their practical skills.
