| A variety of background of modern society lead to growing strong increasingly of pupil custodian,which is a new kind of industry.The custodian was supposed to be educational and social,but now it’s main work is help parents to pick up the children and the homework.This lead to more and more unsatisfactory places,which with parents increasingly high demands,the all-round development of the pupils,the cohesion and supplement between school education and family education etc..So how to coordinate the relationship among the school education,family education and social education?how to provide and what after-school care service to provide?These factors are all need to face for parents,schools,after-school care institutions and social.In recent years,Beijing,Shanghai,Ji’nan and some coastal cities,which represent the developed areas,have accumulated some good experiences and good practices in the development of pupil after-school care services.They make positive efforts and useful exploration to promote the healthy growth of students and help parents to solve the difficulties of sending students.Especially according to the general office of the Ministry of education in 2017 March release the latest document: the [2017]2 "work guidance on students after-school service ",we can see that China’s government is also increasing emphasis on the development of students after-school care institutions.After-school care is a common problem in the world,the development root of it in foreign students is similar with China.Many countries especially developed countries give attention on pupil custodian earlier than China and has accumulated rich experience.This is better for us,because they provide valuable experience on how to carry out the primary after-school care better.At the same time,it is a positive exploration to study the social role of pupil custodian,through tailoring teaching and tailoring to local conditions method.This paper is to find out the current situation of the development of domestic and foreign pupil custodian firstly,what is through literature search method.I summed up existing problems,the necessity of the development and its social role functions.Doing this is through combining some domestic and foreign outstanding custodian case.Secondly,in order to ensure the accuracy of the information,I take Ganzhou city as an example.I do the research on the person in charge of investigation,some primary school students and their parents,teachers and pupils custodians,in some counties.Questionnaire method and interview are adopted in this part.Further analysis of the development status and problems of depository institutions,which should draw universal attention of the whole society.Based on the above materials,by reference to the advanced experience of other countries,take the role of pupil custodian as the starting point,I do theoretical exploration and analysis further.Then I put forward the transitional strategy of therole of pupil custodian : In order to promote the specification of pupil custodian,the government should step up the legislation;For developing better,the government should perfect the supervision;The government regulators set comparative management on these different types of pupil custodian and let them perform better;These pupil custodians should innovate in hosting form and hosting content by competing,doing this can add vitality for the role of pupil custodian;The standards of teachers shouldn’t be low;Many resources in all aspects to start trusteeship by cooperating,which can be a kind of public project. |
