Empirical Study On The Social Work Intervention In Improving The Social Communication Ability In Teenagers

Social work team in Tianjin Polytechnic University with the support of China Education Association,Ministry of Civil Affairs and China Foundation for Social Work,it entered the No.1 middle school after the explosion in Tianjin Port on August12,2005.With the development of post-disaster interventions,the series of questions about the socialization of adolescents in school have become the normal contents of social work intervention services.In particular,the cultivation of social communication skills has gradually become the focus of professional intervention services.Teenagers ' ability to socialize is the basis of their future based on social,survival and development.Teenagers are in an important period of understanding society,learning and exploring life.This period is not only a process of knowledge accumulation but also an improvement of social intercourse ability.Therefore,cultivating teenagers' social interaction methods and skills is of great significance to their adaptation to society.In this paper,base on social work station in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development No.1 Middle School as a platform,based on the advantages of perspective theory,ecosystem theory,social learning theory as the basis and assessment through questionnaire and participatory observation analyzes the problems and causes of lack of social intercourse among teenagers.That is,they come from the teenager's family,school,social and teenager themselves.Out of these teenagers who are in need of social interaction skills are selected to use their social work methods and group social work methods to improve their social interaction skills.Finally,the article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and methods to the perennial teenager social interaction ability,that's include:help the client form a correct understanding of himself and others,provide teenagers with various forms of counseling to meet the different needs of teenagers,enhance the social interaction ability of family members and provide teenagers with a good environment for social interaction.
