Research On The Risk Evaluation Of Conflicts Of Interests In Universities

Education is the foundation of national rejuvenation and social progress.China's higher education in the development of science and technology and personnel training for the construction of socialist modernization has made outstanding contributions.However,with the decision-making power is expanded,the resources of control can be increased sharply,and the social unhealthy tendencies influence and penetrate directly and indirectly through various channels.Colleges and universities not only hinder the healthy development of higher education reform,but also seriously damage the social moral education function and leading role of education.The research object is conflicts of interests of the public officials working in university.Because the conflicts of interests is a political concept,it is difficult to identify.There is a great difficulty to prevent the conflicts of interests.This thesis first collects the domestic and foreign research results on the conflict of interest.On the basis of predecessors' research,the definition of conflict of interest,manifestation,subject and object,causation,risk and relationship with corruption risk are analyzed;In order to have a clearer and more intuitive understanding of the conflict of interest in Chinese colleges and universities,the corresponding questionnaire was designed.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the questionnaire,the research was carried out in Hebei University of Technology,and then the questionnaire was revised,finally,descriptive statistics,verification factor and structural equation model were used to process the questionnaire data.Through the processing of the survey data,the research method of "process management" was innovatively introduced to identify the risk points of conflict of interest.Expert scoring method and RFRM method to assess the risk points of each conflict of interest,and obtain the summary table of risk points of conflict of interest.Finally,it constructs the mechanism of risk prevention and control of conflicts of interest in colleges and universities,establishes and perfects legal system of conflict of interest and perfect corresponding measures.
