In 2010,the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)and the Outline of the Education Plan put forward clear requirements for the construction of the teaching staff,such as: "Strict teacher qualifications,improving the quality of teachers,and making efforts to create A high-quality professional teacher team with noble morality,exquisite workmanship,reasonable structure,and vitality." For kindergartens,the preliminaries' professional skills are related to the quality of kindergarten education.Professional competence is an important manifestation of the professional development of kindergarten teachers,which directly affects the quality of kindergarten care and the development of young child.The most important aspect of teachers' professional competence is the ability to plan and implement early childhood teacher education activities.A good preschool teachers must have conforms to the ” Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Standards(trial)”education activities planning and implementation capacity.In this study,131 Mongolian preschool teachers from four Mongolian kindergartens in Hohhot were used as research subjects.They mainly used literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,observation methods,interviews,and text analysis to study the educational activities of Mongolian preschool teachers.The current status of planning and implementation capabilities is investigated.The full text mainly studies from five aspects.The first part,is the preface.It mainly includes the following three aspects: such as the origin of the topic,the significance of the and the literature review.The second part is the research design part,including the research purpose,theresearch content,the research object and the research methods.In the third part,includes the present situation of the plan and implementation ability of Mongolian preschool teachers' educational activities,which is divided into two dimensions: the general ability and the unique ability of Mongolian preschool teachers' educational activities plan and implementation.The fourth part includes the problems and causes of the educational activities plan and implementation ability of the Mongolian preschool teachers.The main problems are(1)the selection of activity content and theme is one-sided(2)the design of activity goals is unreasonable(3)the preparation of the activity is not sufficient(4)teachers' effective intervention instruction is less in activities(5)teachers' directions and questions are not accurate(6)children's subjectivity is ignored in activities(7)evaluation is not comprehensive.Based on the above investigation and analysis,the following suggestions are put forward to improve the educational activities plan and implementation ability of the Mongolian preschool teachers: one is to improve the legislation and strengthen the guarantee of policy and regulation;two is to pay more attention to ethnic education and to strengthen the Multicultural Consciousness;three is to strengthen the training of the kindergarten and strengthen the management;and four is the promotion.Specific suggestions on the educational activity ability of Mongolian kindergarten teachers.
