Recently,the "key Competencies" has become a hot topic in current education industry,especially with the introduction of China students develop core Literacy Education the overall framework,people from all walks of life the overwhelming promotion of core literacy.With the continuous development of society,music education plays a more and more important role in the development of the society,with its unique music discipline the charm,the cultivation of people play other disciplines irreplaceable role in music teaching in the long-term.The curriculum reform is the eternal topic of education,music curriculum as part of the basic education and compulsory subject,has been keeping pace with the times.2011 music curriculum standard has been implemented for 6years Over the years,has made considerable development at the same time,there are also many not adapt to the development of the times,this article attempts to stand in the core quality under the background of reflection on the music teaching,and through the A junior middle school teaching practice,put forward reasonable suggestions and then to the junior high school music teaching core literacy under the background of reconstruction.The full text is divided into four chaptersThe first part expounds the essence in core literacy on the basis of a detailed analysis of the "new curriculum standard 2011 music",through the analysis of the core concepts advocated literacy,compared with the reality of the gap,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the reconstruction of core literacy of junior high school music teaching background.In the second part,through questionnaires,interviews and investigation of the present situation of the A junior high school music teaching,using the statistical software analysis results of A junior high school music teaching situation,and the data for the A,in order to more fully understand the junior high school students' musical ability,the author also imitate the quality monitoring of compulsory education in China in the new form of the national compulsory inspection monitoring the quality of education in the form of design related questions,test results of the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of A core competence under the background of junior high school music teaching aimed at the junior high school music teaching quality under the background of the reconstruction of core data provide practical reference.The third part,mainly from the education subject-students,teaching led-teachers,teaching content-curriculum,three key elements of teaching,to explain the core literacy background of the plight of music teaching.The fourth part combines A junior high school teaching practice,mainly from the concept of lifelong learning music,music teaching principles,teaching content of music,music learning on the junior middle school students' core literacy training evaluation suggestions on four aspects such as the reconstruction of the core literacy of junior high school music teaching under the background put forward reasonable suggestions.In conclusion,this paper takes education "hot core literacy" as an opportunity,hope through the investigation and analysis,the study on music teaching teaching difficulties faced,and through the practice teaching as the basis,put forward reasonable suggestions on the reconstruction of the core literacy of junior high school music teaching under the background of music to promote the effectiveness of education,and promote the comprehensive development ability and literacy of junior high school students.
