In the past 30 years of reform and opening up,China's private education has developed rapidly,and has formed a certain scale,and has become an important part of our education.However,since entering the "11th Five-Year",private schools have entered a period of adjustment after a rapid and extensive development.There is a temporary confusion.There are some problems in the development process of private schools,which are related to the further development of private education.In view of the above situation,in view of the problems in the development of private basic education,this paper,based on the theory of marketing management,takes the HGT College as the research object,and probes into the marketing status of the college and the following marketing strategies.First of all,we use PEST analysis and Potter five force model to systematically analyze the macro environment and industrial environment of HTG training college,and find out the opportunities and threats faced by the school based on the analysis of the competitiveness of competitors.Secondly,through the quantitative analysis of the internal resource conditions of the school,the main advantages and disadvantages of the school are obtained.On this basis,the market segmentation of HTG training college is carried out,and its target market is identified as: training and postgraduate education training for enterprises in Foshan and its surrounding areas.And it is determined that its position in competitive strategy should start with the attitude of followers,improve continuously to excellent enterprises in the same industry,and eventually become leaders of target market,and achieve greater market returns.Again,respectively,the corresponding marketing strategy from the six aspects of the price,channels,promotions,products,services,means,and from strengthening the construction,market marketing and marketing team,creating marketing culture,strengthen the three aspects of marketing audit control and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures.
