| Teaching management team is an important human resource in secondary vocational school.The construction level of teaching management team is the key factor that influences the teaching quality and efficiency of secondary vocational school and it is also an important condition to improve the quality of personnel training and improve the management efficiency.It becomes the competitiveness and important means of improving teaching quality among the secondary vocational schools to analyze the current teaching management team’s development and to focus on and strengthen the construction of leading management team and to improve the professional development of teaching management team.The purpose of this research is the current situation of the construction of teaching management team in Guiyang city 6 secondary occupation school and the existing problems based on using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method to find out the existing problems and causes.Through the analysis of the basic theory to clear the basic problems of construction of teaching management team,which need to be solved.According to education,management and psychology under the guidance of principle,with the actual situation,to put forward to strengthen the teaching management team construction measures,and to give reference for the medium occupation school in Guiyang city to strengthen the construction of teaching management team.According to the data of the number,structure and quality of teaching staff in 6 secondary vocational schools in Guiyang,for the status and problems are analysis to find out that exists the lack to scientific under standing and the importance to teaching management.because of insufficient number of staff,unstable team and unreasonable structure;it need to optimize the combination of professional ability;for the lack of development the business level needs to be improved;for the lack of service consciousness,innovation,competition consciousness a series of problems in the development of occupation conditions should be improved,and the analysis of its causes.In order to solve the problems existing in the construction of teaching management team in secondary occupation school in Guiyang City and improve the teaching management team of medium occupation schools in the area of construction level,this study proposes the suggestions and Countermeasures: one is to change the concept and strengthen the building of teaching management team.Two is to optimize the number of personnel structure.there is to foster the teaching management team and improve the quality of teaching management.Four is people-oriented and improving the occupation conditions,guaranteeing the steady development of the team. |
