| The level of university teachers’ scientific research is an important index of competitiveness of colleges and universities,thus in the increasing competition background,improve the level of university teachers’ scientific research and improve the university teachers’ scientific research performance is the important problems facing the colleges and universities.This article is based on human capital theory,using 2010 to 2014 in China University of Petroleum(Beijing)teachers’ papers published in SCI on the situation and the basic information of the database,using the literature metrology,the average comparison method,to analysis the influence factors of university teachers’ scientific research performance.Firstly,we analyses the influence of the teachers’ human capital structure to scientific research performance differences on the individual level.In the teacher’s individual level,mainly examines the professional titles,educational background,school types,age such as human capital factors whether it has significant effects on teachers’ scientific research performance.The main results were as follows: In the individual level,the professional titles,educational background,"learning edge structure",age has a significant impact on the quantity of teachers’ scientific research performance.Professional titles,educational background,age plays a significant role in the quality of the teachers’ scientific research performance.Secondly,we analyses the influence of the teachers’ human capital structure to scientific research performance differences on the department level.In the departmental level,examines the teachers’ scientific research performance differences between departments of the professional titles,educational background,and age.The main results were as follows: professional title,educational background,age of department level of scientific research performance exist significant influence,in the courtyard,different professional titles,educational background,age teachers’ scientific research performance exist significant differences.Between the department,the same professional title,educational background,age teachers’ scientific research performance also exist significant differences. |
