Research On The Employment Support Of Rural Minority Women In Xiushan County Of Chongqing City

At present,the overall survival and social status of the women of ethnic minorities have improved.Under the influence of the overall economic and social development level,social culture,concept and other factors,the employment of ethnic minority women is still lagging behind.People have realized that women's employment plays a positive role in economic development and social harmony.The employment of ethnic minority women can promote the economic development and social stability of ethnic minority areas.Xiushan Tujia and Miao Autonomous County is located in the southeast of Chongqing,and the population of minority nationalities accounts for more than 52%of the county's population.With the development of Xiushan County's overall economy,the economy of Xiushan rural area is still far behind the urban areas.Under the influence of ethnic culture,ideology and other aspects,the employment situation of women in Xiushan rural areas is relatively poor.The employment situation of minority women in Xiushan rural areas is worse than that of the rural Han women.Therefore,this paper will focus on the research on the employment and employment support of the minority women in Xiushan rural area.This study takes Xiushan County of Chongqing as the research site,through field visits,questionnaires,interviews and other ways to investigate.A field survey of rural minority women,family and employment in Xiushan County revealed that most of them belonged to lower educational level,larger family size and poorer family economic status.Even though the minority women who have already been employed,there are also problems such as poor quality of employment,less employment opportunities,and prominent contradictions between employment and family.This paper analyzes the correlation between employment and employment support of rural minority women.The relationship between employment support and employment channels,location,income and satisfaction in rural minority women'semployment is discussed.On this basis,the content,the way and the degree of the employment support for the minority women in Xiushan rural area are analyzed.According to this data,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the construction of rural minority women's employment support system.On the one hand,we should strengthen the formal employment support.Including the government to formulate relevant policy support,improve employment security,create a good environment for employment,and improve the infrastructure.Community organizations provide multi-level employment services and special employment services.Enterprises and community organizations jointly implement the employment recommendation system and provide periodic employment training.The role of all kinds of social organizations is emphasized,family services are provided,and women employed to protect their rights.On the other hand,expand informal social support channels.Pay attention to the active communication with family and relatives,and understand each other.Pay attention to the trust relationship between neighbors,realize mutual assistance.Promote the relationship between colleagues and friends by increasing communication.And minority women actively expand their personal communication channels and social support networks.
