Study On Employment And Self-employment Policy About Xinjiang Minority Nationalities Graduates

To promote the employment of ethnic minority graduates is conducive to economic development in ethnic minority areas and social harmony.The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the employment of ethnic minorities,and the Party Committee and Government of the Xinjiang Autonomous Region has taken active measures to further promote the employment and employment of ethnic minority graduates.This study from the public policy perspective to comb minority nationalities graduates’ distribution and employment policy as well as the promoting Xinjiang minority nationalities graduates employment employment and self-employment’special policy.Study found that in the process of country gradually cancel unified distribution system and establish the new mechanism "market leading,government regulation,school recommendation,self-employment",Xinjiang autonomous region party committee government introduced timely a series of special policies and has achieved good results,such as encouraging enterprises to absorb minority nationalities graduates,giving appropriate care in the national civil service exam of minority,setting "bilingual" post and supporting grass-roots employment program,targeted business support.At the same time,it is found that there are some problems such as the relatively low employment rate of minority language graduates and the relatively low employment quality and the difficulties in employment process.These problems should be a lot of subjective and objective reasons,but to support the employment of minority graduates employment policy is insufficient,the implementation is not enough in place,coordination is not strong enough is not to be the ignored reasons.This study will put forward thinking about further improving theemployment policy of Xinjiang minority graduates for increase the policy support of enterprises to attract Xinjiang minority graduates;the institutions and institutions recruited to Xinjiang minority minority graduates to take appropriate tilt policy;to strengthen the Xinjiang minority graduates elsewhere employment policy guidance and enhance the coordination of employment for Xinjiang minority employment policy.
