| With the rapid rise of the Internet,cyberbully as a new social phenomenon has become increasingly prominent,and because of its threat to individuals,networks and society,more and more researchers pay attention to it.But for now,coping with cyberbully remains a big problem.In order to solve the thorny problem of cyberbully,it is necessary to have a comprehensive and profound understanding of it.Therefore,looking for new perspectives and ideas to study cyberbully and have more deeply understanding of it,has become the starting point of this study.This paper selects the "Li Tianyi event" in 2013 as a deep case of the research,and try to restore the emergence and development of cyberbully by analysing the words that appear in the event,using the means of discourse analysis and process event analysis,and also relying on the perspective of discourse power theory by Foucault and others.This paper regards cyberbully as a kind of cyber discourse violence,and investigates the social context,the network context and the characteristics of the discourse object as well as the characteristics of network discourse violence.This paper also discusses deeply the power behind the discourse,especially the discourse contest among different subjects.Finally,this paper summarizes the internal logic of the discourse power practice of cyberbully.It is found that the emergence of cyberbully is related to the accumulation of social conflicts and the release of network discourse power.On one hand,people may feel anxious,hatred,and unfair in reality.On the other hand,the network is characteristic of anonymity,freedom,openness,immediacy,aggregation.And these two factors drive the netizens to speak online.Network discourse intervention is the starting point of cyberbully.After entering the network,events detonate network,and discourse is all over the internet and its contexts change.The phenomenon of "human flesh search","Internet rumors","network episode","network buzzwords" and other forms of discourse,shows how the cyberbully is.Actually,cyberbully is the result of the scramble for the right to speak on the Internet.Furthermore,the internal logic of the formation of cyberbully is also presented:An event,as a fuse,stimulates people’s moral judgment in cyberspace,and the "immoral" which is judged by moral judgment will be faced with public shame and label discrimination,and when the parties issued a statement to clarify or explain again,will encounter all sorts of questions,the parties declaration or excuse will be distorted.In the whole process,the network big V,network media and netizens under the drive of their own interests have formed a resultant force,and under the assistance of discourse resources,the "network violence" event to a climax. |
