The successful bid for the 2022 winter Olympics makes more and more citizens start to pay attention to the ice sports,and more and more people starts to take part in the mass ice sports.As for the representative of China's ice sports' predecessor and the representative of the traditional ethnic minority sports culture,“ice play” is the most popular ice sports events in our Qing dynasty.And the research on its excavation,arrangement and development will not only play an extremely important role in the development of snow and ice sports in China but also in the inheritance of minority cultures.“Ice Play” is the product of our national traditional sports culture,and it is also the crystallization of the wisdom of our Manchu ancestors.“Ice Play” went through almost two-centuries' evolution and development,the reason for it can get in a period of great prosperity not only for its amusement and appeal,but also because the governor had treat it as the tool for politics and military.Soon afterward,the late Qing dynasty starts to decayed and declined.Meanwhile,the contradiction between domestic and overseas has been intensified.So,with the destruction of the Qing dynasty,the “ice play” starts to desolated.The study see the “ice play” as the research object,using the literature review,logical analysis,historical approach,social survey method and expert interviews to analysis the development situation of the “ice play”,and the analyzed the historical of it and the modern significance for today's ice sports and the development of the traditional ethnic minority sports culture.So,it can provide the support for the promotion of excellent traditional sports culture and the successful hosting of the winter Olympic Games.Make the essence integrated into the current ice sports culture industry,so that our sports industry can be more and more colorful under its powerful cultural background.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis and the study of the relevant“ice play”movement:1.The development of the “ice play” is not happen overnight,but with the change of the society and the needs of a variety of factors,which is including the needs of the production and living,the needs of political life,the needs of entertainment and the needs of political of war tactics.2.The “ice play” including three major projects: qiangdeng,challenge for the ball and shooting the ball behind the dragon,and there ate some other items including skidding tarts,cuju and pendulum mountain.The main sport tools include skates,dog cars,climbing plows and ice beds.It shows the diversity of national sports characteristics,unique national and cultural entertainment and serves the need of the unique royal sports.3.“Ice play” has an important historical values for its as an important means of the feudal political rule to maintain the political stability of feudal society,physical fitness,cultivate strong will quality,promote the prosperity of poetry painting.And it can maintain the feeling of ethnic group,and inheriting national culture.4.Though the “ice play” declined with the end of the Qing dynasty,it did not go to the end.Instead,it gained the corresponding inheritance and development after almost hundreds of years,and reappeared in plenty of places.As the predecessor of the current ice sports and an important part of the traditional minority national sports in China,ie t will play a very important and far-reaching influence on them.5.At present,the factors that restrict the development of mass ice sports including subjective factors and objective factors.The subjective factors including: some government management is not in place,the shortage of professional in the ice sports program and the imbalance in age distribution among participants in mass ice sports.The objective factors mainly exist in the inheritance of traditional sports culture,including: the support of the government is not enough,the connotation of national culture is not enough and underdevelopment.Aim at eh above problems on the development of the mass ice sports,putting forward the following suggestions:(1)Formulating the long-term-planning scientific guidelines for the development of ice sports.(2)Emphasizing the cultivation of the ice instructors,enhancing their professional competence.(3)Taking advantage of the civil society and social organization to push the development of the ice sports.(4)Perfect the ice rink facilities,providing a variety of services.In the process,aim to the problems of the development of the national traditional sports,putting forward the following suggestions:(1)Strengthen the public awareness of traditional sports,improve the status of national traditional sports.(2)All levels of the government strengthen the excavation and promotion of national traditional sports.(3)Combining the traditional sports spirit and the material dual functional.(4)School education systems introduces the national traditional sports program into the outline.
