Recently, the state council formally promulgated the regulations on the public cultural and sports facilities. Regulations from the sports facilities in the planning and construction,use and service, management and protection, legal responsibility and so on several aspects,further clear the government to provide public sports service, the responsibility of the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports, fully embodies the party and the country highly concern to people's health. With the promulgation of the regulations on the national fitness movement in wuhan city development faster and faster, urban residents for their own health consciousness has been enhanced, residents' demand for fitness and sports public service began to appear between insufficient contradiction. Based on the national fitness environment, the perspective of the government purchase of public services, looking for a suitable for wuhan public service development.Based on government purchasing public sports services in wuhan city as the research object, by the way of combining field visit and questionnaire and hankou district of wuchang district in wuhan sports public service supply and demand and satisfaction of jiang fitness e has carried on the related research, this paper USES the method of literature investigation,questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics research methods,combining with the knowledge of management science, sociology and other related disciplines to empirical research on wuhan city government purchasing public sports services,with jiang fitness e home in wuhan city as a case for empirical analysis. Aims to standardize the combination of theoretical research and empirical research, provide theoretical support for the follow-up studies. The following conclusions:1.
