Since the eighteen major,under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee at the core of Comrade Xi Jinping.China's national strength has achieved a qualitative leap.The strategy of Rural Revitalization continues to push forward,education is flourishing.At the same time,in the fight against poverty and hard work,strengthening the poverty reduction of Education.Some problems in rural primary education cannot be ignored.At present,primary education in rural primary schools is the weak link of Education,there is a gap between the input of rural education and the cities and towns,the people are more willing to send their students to better primary schools to receive education.So the rural primary school fell into “The loss of students is serious-less educational funds-low investment in Government Education-the quality of the whole teaching is not gone-the loss of students is serious”,such a vicious circle,thus forming the "Matthew effect".That is,rural primary schools are becoming weaker and weaker,urban primary schools are becoming stronger and stronger,and the gap between urban and rural education is further expanded.the revitalize the rural strategy and eliminate poverty in Education unable to implement.This paper takes the example of Neihuang County,Henan Province as an example.Through the perspective of regional development,Go deep into rural investigation in Neihuang County and collect first-hand information.Analysis of the current situation in rural primary schools,to lay a solid foundation for the study of rural primary education.In this paper,we use SWOT analysis to analyze cases.The educational system of primary education in rural areas,government input,teachers' treatment,teachers' occupational attraction,teaching diversification and left behind children are discussed in many angles,such as government,society and family.Taking the new background and new perspective of The 19 th National Congress of CPC as an example,this paper analyzes the causes of the low quality of primary education in rural areas in Central China,and the gap between urban and rural education.In view of these problems,we put forward innovative countermeasures around the major policies and guidelines of the party and the state.In order to promote the benign development of rural primary education and adapt to the new era and new requirements,it will provide support for improving the quality of rural teaching,narrowing the gap between urban and rural education and promoting the strategy of Rural Revitalization.
