Abstract/Summary:
Teachers professional development is an important part of pedagogical researches.In the past,teachers’ professional development was mostly based on teaching theory,mechanical theory and human nature theory.This paper attempts to understand the teacher’ s professional development and natural ecosystems in a general perspective and find out the unique characteristics of the artificial ecosystem of teachers professional development.From the point of view of economy,the professional development of teachers includes teacher subject,school environment and social environment,It is a multiply-level complex system,so the system of teachers’ professional development of ecological organic whole ecological environment by teachers and teachers living together constitute.Teachers’ professional development must also be rooted in this ecological spatial pattern,and interact with each other’ s elements of ecological environment,as to show their sustainability characteristics of their professional development.The unique ecological system of teachers’ professional development is absolutely an artificial ecosystem,which is composed of three aspects,the subject of teachers’ ecology,the school environment together with the social environment.As an artificial ecosystem,the teachers’ professional development ecosystem is similar to the natural ecosystem in the components,structure and function.Both of them are formed by the organic combination of the ecological subject and the ecological environment in the structure.There are similarities between teachers’ individual and natural organisms in the ecosystem of teachers’ professional development.They all share the same characteristics of metabolism.Their life cycle includes the cycle of growth,development,reproduction,aging and death.Therefore,this paper takes the ecological spatial pattern of primary and secondary school teachers,and sets up a scientific and appropriate ecological concept of teachers’ professional development.
