New media,the outstanding presentative,also as the new trend of the new era,is gradually entering into all aspects of people’s lives,providing a lot of conveniences for human’s food and clothing.The characteristics of the new media like interactivity and immediacy,virtuality and participatory,multimedia and hypertext,provide the new interaction experience between people than the traditional media.Communication between people is no longer limited to the traditional way of face-to-face communication,letter writing,and telephone communication.New forms of interpersonal communication have emerged,such as WeChat,Weibo,online games,BBS and other platforms.As the youth group with the largest body mass in the society,college students have been greatly affected by the change of social interaction environment.Now there is a heated debate in academia about how to understand and grasp the influence of new media on college students’ interpersonal communication in deep and accurate level.Based on the great social influence of new media,there is great realistic significance and time value to grasp the opportunity to study the cultivation path of college students’ interpersonal communication in the new media era.This thesis will start from the current situation of the influence of new media on college students’ interpersonal communication combined with questionnaires by based on the theoretical basis of Marx’s social interaction,Habermas’ s communication behavior and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs from the perspective of both positive and negative dimensions.The new media by expanding the scope of the exchanges,enriching the content of communication,strengthening the communication frequency of innovative communication form has a great contribution in accelerating the process of socialization of college students,expanding the diversity of college students’ vision,improving the cognition of college students’ autonomy and cultivating the healthy personality of college students.But at the same time,the virtual nature of network communication environment,the uncertainty of communication objects,the complexity of the field of communication and the diversity of the communication roles can easily cause following adverse effects: the crisis of misbehavior,emotional weakening dilemma,subjective cognitive weakening and value distortion crisis.How to break through the shackles of existing problems,we need to probe into the problem consciousness.This thesis discusses the root causes of the problems from the perspectives of college students,universities,society and laws and regulations to trace the primary cause.The construction path is the fundamental goal of this research.The last chapter puts forward feasible countermeasures based on the four dimensions of root cause and proposes a practical and feasible solution.It mainly reflects from four aspects: strengthening college students’ Internet interpersonal self-education and the implementation of the network interpersonal education work,attaching the great importance of the social mainstream ideology and carrying forward and promoting the network legal evaluation standard system.
