Further clarifying the direction of the development of socialist deliberative democracy;To expand the people’s orderly political participation and ensure that the people implement democratic elections,democratic consultations,democratic decision-making,democratic management,and democratic supervision in accordance with the law,a new "deliberative democracy"has been added.It can be seen that deliberative democracy has been elevated to a new height..The urban community is an important platform for the development and practice of socialist deliberative democracy and social governance in China.It is also an important carrier for building grass-roots democratic political construction and developing a socialist harmonious society.Under the continuous cultivation and development of social forces,the involvement of social organizations in deliberative democracy is of great significance to the ability of civil society to participate in awareness and the development of a socialist consultative democracy.This article takes the Nanjing X community community social organization-"a family volunteer service team of women" as the research object,and explores the operational mode of the community deliberative democracy proceedings.The formation and advancement of the X community consultation democracy,its core force of participation was mainly due to the establishment and development of the"one family" of its community organization.On this basis,it gradually explored and established a set of modes for deliberative democracy in the community.One core three-step,dynamic deliberation mode.The mode is based on the social organization of the community-"a family" as the core."Three steps" refers to the three specific consultation work steps,which are the first step of "collecting public opinions,sorting issues",the second step of "democratic consultations.Collective voting,the third step"supervising implementation,summing up reflections."
