The transition of Secondary education and higher education is a hot topic in academic research.How to make high school and university better connection,each country has its own measures and characteristics.China's current research and practice in this area are still very poor.In this paper,we selected Germany as the research object,using comparative method,historical method,literature analysis method and so on to Germany high school and university transition research.This paper analyzes the background of the transition between high school and university in Germany,and sums up the model of transition in terms of curriculum,student ability,teacher cooperation and student major choice guidance.German high school and university transition has its own characteristics which is different from Anglo-American,with particular attention to student guidance.And because of the federal education system,the transition model has also local characteristics in different States.Currently German secondary education and higher education have dramatic changes in the educational environment,Germany's high school and university connection policies and measures are also facing new challenges,education management and education institutions should keep up with the times change and timely adjust the connection measures.At present,China will implement the new college entrance examination policy,high school curriculum form will undergo major changes,the traditional fixed class,fixed course form will be replaced by shift class,elective courses.With " First-class Universities and Academic Programs"policy,University will also change.Therefore,the transition between high school and university is the current focus of education research.In contrast to Germany's connection system,China should speed up the theoretical research and practice of high school and university transition,strengthen the college entrance examination reform,carry out and promote the AP courses,and strengthen the cooperation between universities and high schools,in order to enable the reform of high school and university to better transition.
