| With the continuous deepening of our country’s reform and innovation and the further break of the dual urban-rural structure,great changes have taken place in the soil of grassroots social governance.The traditional social management model can no longer meet the needs of social transformation.At present,the grassroots governance model in our country is gradually shifting from "social management" to "community governance".As the window and basic unit of society,the community is the most basic module for enhancing the capacity of social governance.The connotation of community governance is more abundant,and the governing body is more diversified.The diversity of subjects means that community governance has not only limited to-the grass-roots government,but also requires the role of community multiple actors interact and governance participation.Social work relying on the government to purchase service items to participate in the operation and maintenance of the community primary system plays an important role in maintaining community stability,promoting residents’ adaptation,enhancing community governance and promoting the modernization of community governance.Based on the functional perspective of structural theory and the current main problems in community governance in our country and the realistic predicament of social workers intervention,this paper selects D community in Hefei as a field point and observes the governance dilemma and potential conflicts in D community.The current situation of a series of governance:in the community has been improved and cocooning has taken place.The conclusion shows that social workers play an important.role in alleviating community conflicts,such as resource linkages and policy influencers in community governance systems.Through analyzing and summing up the successful experience of D community and further refining and sublimation,the author thinks that social worker participation in community governance should be based on the stable community order as its basic direction,and promote the community structure through solving community conflicts,safeguarding community special groups and improving resident autonomy Stable and orderly operation.For the restoration and improvement of community functions and the fulfillment of the four functional conditions of AGIL,the author believes that the social workers’ intervention paths are mainly as follows:1.The path to adaptation:to clarify the roles of social workers;2.The path to the goal:to use professional methods;3.Potential mode of maintaining the path:the social values of the positive transmission;4.Integrated functional path:the core of the dominant and pluralism governance and other four main ways to coordinate the community function to achieve community integration and development.This paper studies the intervention path of social work participation in community governance from the perspective of structural functionalism,focusing on the integration and coordination of community community and the initiative creativity of the main body.Emphasizing that the importance of stability for the community structure is consistent with the current building of a harmonious community advocated by our country is conducive to promoting the integration of social work into the development of the community and facilitating the localization of social work.Secondly,focusing on giving play to the role of community safeguards and enhancing residents’ awareness of subjective issues is conducive to further strengthening residents’ adaptation,enhancing community integration and promoting the modernization of community governance. |
