CPIK(Chinese program in Korea)is a foreign language exchange program jointly organized by the Korea national education institute and the Confucius institute headquarters.From 2012,China sent more than 200 people to South Korea for the first time as volunteers for Chinese language teachers,to 1,641 by 2017.2017 is CPIK’s sixth year in Korea and third year in jeju dao.This paper takes the collaborative teaching model of jeju dao as the research object.Starting from the definition of collaborative teaching model,the characteristics and forms of collaborative teaching model are analyzed in detail.At the same time,in view of the current situation of Chinese language teaching in jeju dao and its development in 20 years,this paper analyzes the Chinese teaching mode,class,teachers and number of students in the middle and high schools of jeju dao.In terms of research methods,questionnaire,literature reading,interview and experience summary were adopted.The survey report covers four aspects: teaching school,classroom management,teaching model and teaching method.The author tries to obtain the most objective data to analyze the collaborative teaching mode and the corresponding teaching method.In the teaching mode,main Han Fu,main auxiliary in Korea,take turns to advocate complementary is the most common modes,this paper analyzes the patterns of different forms and using what kind of teaching method so as to achieve a more successful results.In terms of countermeasures,this paper puts forward some measures such as teaching Chinese language and Chinese culture and implementing them in different directions.
