Social Work Intervention On The Social Support Of Urban Dibao Groups

Except the "three guarantees" system:the basic living guarantee for laid-off workers of state-owned enterprises,unemployment insurance and the minimum living standard of urban residents have been established in the city,The system of subsistence allowances is set up to provide a system for the provision of subsistence allowances.As early as the early 1990s,in order to properly solve the problems of urban poor people's life,China began to gradually explore the establishment of urban subsistence allowance system.Recently,the urban subsistence allowance policy has gradually covered the majority of life difficulties in urban areas,to some extent,it helps to solve some of the economic material difficulties faced by urban residents and members in their lives.However,in solving the above practical difficulties,the policy itself is lack of pertinence and effectiveness in helping urban low-maintenance groups to improve individual resilience,enhance social support and rebuild social support network.Its own social support is less,and the low quality of social support network and the narrow scale are difficult to improve through the policy of subsistence allowance,which has also become a key obstacle to preventing some of the low-maintenance workers who have the ability and need to return to normal life through their own efforts.This study was conducted with 14 members of the low maintenance team in the Y community of X Street,Xuanwu district,Nanjing.By using qualitative research methods,the above personnel were engaged in participatory observation and case in-depth interview.The author analyzes the status quo of social support of the urban low maintenance group,further studies the deficiency and defects of the social support network in the performance of this group.Based on the interviews and research results,author further consider the professional utility of social work in the social support of urban community.
