In response to the current situation and problems of college students’ social responsibility education in our country,Anhui Province,under the auspices of various national policies and calls from various sectors of the society,initiated the "Opinions on Deepening the Teaching Reform of Colleges and Universities and Improving the Social Responsibility Education of College Students",which was the first time in China to propose The inclusion of social responsibility education in the provincial documents of the credit system reform is a bold attempt and innovation in China’s social responsibility education.At present,the theory and practice of social responsibility education in China’s universities are at a preliminary stage of development.At the theoretical level,through comparison,the differences and links between the concepts of "social responsibility education" and "ideological and political education","quality education","social practice education",and "voluntary service" in universities are clarified.At the practical level,the development of social responsibility education in Chinese universities has begun to take shape.The forms of social responsibility education in schools mainly include:school-enterprise cooperation,scientific research projects,community activities,and social responsibility education curriculum construction;off-campus volunteer service is the main approach,and overall it presents a flourishing trend.Under the background of the great prosperity and development of the theory and practice of social responsibility education in universities in China,the reform of the credit system for social responsibility education in Anhui Province kicked off.Through policy analysis,this paper deeply analyzes the value appeals and deeper connotations of the responses to the reform of the Credit System for Social Responsibility Education in Anhui Province,and fully grasps the different value advocacy of relevant entities in colleges and universities for social responsibility education,and uses interviews to specifically understand the various universities in the province.Responsibility Education Related Policy Implementation and Distortion.The study finds that the introduction of the reform of credit system for social responsibility education in universities in Anhui Province reflects the different values appealed by the "society-college-student" tripartite subject to social responsibility education.Through the reform opinions,the value of different subjects is advocated and harmonized with the policy.In the text.On the practical level,since the"Reformation Opinions on Social Responsibility Education" of universities and colleges in Anhui Province was issued,the implementation of the policy has been quite effective and urgently needed improvement.It is in a state of"cognitive-recognitive" spiral.Colleges and universities need to further clarify the concept of social responsibility,improve the work team,broaden the education path,build a complete network platform,build a credit certification system,in the practice of continuous reflection and innovation,so that social responsibility takes root in the hearts of every youth.
