The rural education is one of the main factors to form the rural human capital,it plays an important role in increasing farmers' knowledge level and improving agricultural productivity,it indirectly affects the development of rural economy and increase in the per capita disposable income of farmers.Since the implementation of the nine year compulsory education,the level of rural education in Yunnan has been improved to a certain extent.At the same time,the per capita disposable income of farmers in Yunnan province has also increased,however,the per capita disposable income of farmers in Yunnan is still at a low level compared with the per capita disposable income of farmers in our country and the urban residents of Yunnan,it has led to the high degree of poverty and the high incidence of poverty in the rural areas of Yunnan.Therefore,how to effectively increase the income of farmers in Yunnan is the key to eliminate poverty.Based on the above background,this paper takes the rural education in Yunnan as the research object,the method of combining endogenous growth theory with generalized moment estimation(GMM)in dynamic panel data model is used,the problems of rural education in Yunnan and the influence of rural education in Yunnan on the increase of farmers' income are studied.Through the analysis and research on the current situation of rural education in Yunnan and the relationship between rural education in Yunnan and the income of farmers,the following conclusions are obtained:First,there is a positive correlation between the development of rural education in Yunnan and the income of farmers,that is,the development of rural education is beneficial to the increase of farmers' income,and the relationship is significant in quantity.The theoretical analysis shows that the development of education is closely related to the development of the economy.The mechanism analysis of the influence of rural education on the income of farmers,the more attention is paid to the education in the rural areas with low human capital stock,the more it is beneficial to the farmers to acquire new knowledge.Although the increase in the number of years of farmers' education has occupied the amount of labor used in agricultural production activities,the per capita output has been reduced.But in the long run,the increase of farmers' education years has promoted the progress of agricultural production technology,and promoted the development of rural economy and the increase of per capita income of farmers.Secondly,Empirical results show that the impact of rural education development in Yunnan on peasants' income increases is less affected by all variables.This is a large proportion of the population of the rural population in Yunnan,and a large proportion of the people who have not been educated,illiterate and semi illiterate,the rural education structure is not reasonable and the per capita education years are related to the factors of low level;It is also related to the long-term of investment in the rural education and the lag of the return on education.According to the above research conclusions,this paper proposes to optimize the rural education structure in Yunnan,to improve the per capita education years of Yunnan farmers and maximize the role of rural education to increase the income of farmers,we should start with the quantity and quality of education supply.In terms of the quantity of education supply,we will continue to increase the financial input to education in rural areas of Yunnan.In the structure of the supply of education,it is reasonable to guide the flow of high quality teachers to the rural areas of Yunnan.In the development of rural basic education,we should also vigorously promote the development of rural vocational education.Scientific implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy to promote rural industrial integration in Yunnan.
