In recent years,with the deepening of health care reform,medical and health services to release a large number of talent needs;at the same time,the medical vocational colleges have made rapid development under the support of all levels of government.But in the face of such a broad development prospects,so enormous social demand,in addition to a small number of strong comprehensive strength of medical high vocational college,most similar institutions are unable to complete the enrollment plan,enrollment is facing a difficult situation,but thought-provoking.In this paper,literature,questionnaire,case study,experience summary and other research methods,the lack of students from the shackles of traditional concepts of education,medical colleges and professional medical and health industry,the rapid rise in the number of people with the change of system,the government policy to encourage some shortage,school location is not clear,touch,specialty and market personnel training mode is not reasonable in 8 aspects,discusses the existing problems of the medical vocational college enrollment the external and internal.The enrollment problem,establish the operation of recruitment and employment linkage mechanism,combined with the example of Fujian health College nearly 3 years of enrollment,to conduct a comprehensive analysis on the enrollment of the achievements and problems.Finally,from the 4 aspects of the scientific orientation of the school,the adjustment of the professional structure,the reform of personnel training mode,and strengthening the employment guidance,the paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions for the enrollment of medical vocational colleges.Establish the operation of recruitment and employment linkage mechanism on enrollment issues,is a stopgap measure;to cultivate the promotion of employment,to promote employment enrollment,enrollment is to promote the fundamental work forward.As a medical vocational colleges,enrollment can be healthy and lasting development,only to think carefully and gradually improve the enrollment and employment linkage mechanism and strengthen the connotation construction,tackling the problem,to make the healthy and orderly development of enrollment.
