The organic chemistry teaching is an important and necessary part for students and teachers of high school.In recent years in Fujian Province,attaching greater importance to the physical structure than the organic brings the teaching practice of organic chemistry into trouble.By reading and researching plenty of information and documents,I found that based on the students as the center,Anchor Casting Teaching explores the inner law of development of things and actively constructs knowledge system,which promotes common development of knowledge and ability,emotion and attitude.Therefore,after systematically analyzing the current situation and teaching content of Organic Chemistry Teaching in Fujian Province,I apply some contents of anchored instruction to the teaching of the experimental class.With "anchor" for the clues in the teaching process,the teaching design with examples whose steps are from dropping the anchor,setting the anchor,anchor pin to the start of knowledge,is well designed and implemented in the real teaching.In order to understand the students' feelings about the teaching process,and analyze and summarize the students' learning effect,the author compared the experimental groups with the control groups,and observed the performance of the students in the classroom,the students'questionnaires and the statistical analysis.Meanwhile,the author found that the experimental groups study more actively,and their thinking ability and experiment level are superior to the control groups,because they can make use of various resources to solve practical problems and accomplish knowledge building.In the research,the author also found that teachers are faced with a challenge and given higher requirements during the proper and effective teaching process which needs the teachers to use "the anchor" teaching model according to different teaching contents.Hence,teachers ought to set up research consciousness and gain a high level of competence in their majors constantly.
