On Sept.4,2014,the State of Council promulgated officially the Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Examination and Enrollment System(hereinafter called the Opinion).According to the overall deployment of the state,May 2016,the province issued the Deepening Reform of Examination and Enrollment System in Fujian implementation plan,The program proposed:in 2018,start the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination.By 2021,the examination and enroll system of modern education with Fujian characteristics will be basically established.According to the top layer design of reform,the college entrance examination results will be composed of the scores of 3 individual subjects including Chinese,maths and English as well as the scores of 3 optional subjects participating in academic grade examination of general high school.As an optional subject,how to design the structure of the academic grade examination paper for biology and other subjects will be an imminent event.The reform program in Fujian Provinceis similar to the diversified admission examination in Taiwan,so I decide to take the examination paper structure of biology as the research subject,which is the assigned subject for examination in Taiwan(hereinafter referred to "assigned subject for examination"),to determine the five major elements including "length,content,ability,difficulty and feeling" of examination paper structure as research dimensions,and to find out the features of examination paper of assigned subject examination.By the satisfaction questionnaire of examination paper structure of"assigned subject for examination" will be made and analysis of "assigned subject for examination",get conclusions as following:The Taiwan teachers surveyed were satisfied with the structure of the examination papers.The test questions are rich in questions.The choice of examination paper is not only the foundation,but also the need of the university to select talents;In the past year,the exam papers were centered on the multi-structural level,and the level of abstract level questions increased.The choice of the item and the question of the question put emphasis on the emotional attitude of the examinee,education,etc.And on this basis,a profound analysis will be made to the reading questions of the eixamination paper of biology.By means of test to students,it is verified whether the reading questions can effectively distinguish the ability level of the students,so as to identify the feasibility of introducing such questions under the proposition principle of "capability-orientation".Through the above mentioned research,the following suggestions are proposed for the examination paper design system of biological grading examination in Fujian Provinceis:?.Make perfect the examination outline,stating more clearly the requirements on examination content,which are suggested to display by layers such as the theme,concept,and sub-concept;?.Increase more question types,including reading question types and multiple choice question types;?.Focus on feeling element of examination papers,and avoid any unfair phenomenon during the selection of examination materials;?.Strengthen the ability element of examination papers,focus on the extended level questions and make attempt on designing open questions.
